Why We Do Not Publish Fixed Prices

Solar equipment prices in Pakistan change with the dollar exchange rate, import duties and supplier stock levels. A price published today may be off by 10 to 20 percent in 30 days. Publishing a price and then changing it at proposal stage breaks trust before a project starts.

More importantly, two 5kW hybrid systems are not the same project. One property may need a standard L2 mounting structure. Another needs a custom elevated structure due to roof angle or parapet height. One home has clean wiring from the distribution board. Another needs additional protection work before the inverter can be connected safely. The equipment cost is the same. The total project cost is not.

We confirm your price in writing after a free site survey. That price does not change after you sign. No surprises on invoice day.

On-grid systems are the lowest-cost option. No battery required. Panels power your property during the day and surplus is credited under GEPCO net billing. These systems shut down during load shedding.

ESS Battery Add-On for Existing Systems

If you already have an on-grid solar system and want to add load shedding backup, an ESS retrofit replaces your existing inverter with a Solis S6 hybrid unit and adds a LiFePO4 battery bank. Your existing panels and mounting stay in place.

Protects against electric shock and equipment damage. Required by electrical standards.

DC and AC surge protection devices

Protects inverter and panels from lightning and grid surge. Common cause of inverter failure when skipped.

DC and AC isolators

Allows safe isolation of solar array and inverter for maintenance. Required for safety safety parameters.

AC MCBs

Circuit protection on the AC output side mapping localized thermal thresholds.

WiFi monitoring setup

SolisCloud or equivalent app configured on your phone before handover. You can see live generation from day one.

Manufacturer warranty documents

All original warranty cards, datasheets and documentation handed over at project completion. Not held by us.

2-year performance assurance

On Ezee Control installation workmanship. If a fault arises from how the system was installed, we return and correct it without charge.

What Is Not Included in the Standard Scope

The following items are excluded from standard package pricing. If any apply to your project, they will be listed separately in the written proposal before you sign.

Structural roof repair or reinforcement before or after mounting installation
GEPCO net billing application, AEDB documentation and DISCO fees. These are handled through our third-party AEDB-licensed partner at a separate agreed cost.
Battery replacement after the manufacturer warranty period

Replacement or upgrade of existing electrical wiring or distribution board beyond what is stated in the proposal
Generator integration or removal
Any work not listed in the written proposal

How Pricing Works

The following items are excluded from standard package pricing. If any apply to your project, they will be listed separately in the written proposal before you sign.

Free Site Survey First

We do not quote over the phone without seeing the site. A 30-minute site visit gives us the information needed to price the project correctly: roof condition, shading, wiring, metering type and backup load.

Written Proposal With Fixed Price

After the survey you receive a written proposal listing every item in the scope and a total fixed price. Once you sign, that price does not change. No additional charges are added after work begins unless a scope change is agreed in writing by both parties.

Advance Payment Before Procurement

Material procurement begins after advance payment is received. Timeline and payment schedule are confirmed in the written proposal.
