Will you service a system you did not install?

Yes. We service solar systems installed by any company. We do not require you to be an Ezee Control installation customer. Bring us the system as it is and we will diagnose and repair it.

How much does a maintenance visit cost?

The cost depends on system size, location and the scope of the visit. We confirm the visit cost before scheduling. Any repair work identified during the visit is quoted separately in writing before we proceed. You are not committed to repair work simply by booking a maintenance visit.

My GEPCO bill has not dropped after solar was installed. What is wrong?

The three most common causes are: the system is generating correctly but your household loads are higher than the system was designed for, the inverter is not configured for self-consumption correctly, or net billing has not been approved so GEPCO credits are not being applied. We diagnose which of these applies during the visit.

How often should solar panels be cleaned in Gujranwala?

Every 3 to 4 weeks in summer due to industrial dust levels. In winter and monsoon season, rainfall cleans panels naturally and less frequent manual cleaning is needed. Cleaning in the early morning when panels are cool gives the best result. Use a soft brush and clean water only — no abrasive materials, no pressure washing.

My inverter is showing an error code. Is this serious?

Can you repair an inverter or does it need to be replaced?

Others — capacitor failure, IGBT failure, display board failure — require replacement of the faulty component or the full inverter unit. We diagnose the specific fault and advise on whether repair or replacement is the more cost-effective option.

Does Ezee Control offer AMC for systems it did not install?

Yes. Annual Maintenance Contracts are available for all systems regardless of who installed them. We will carry out an initial assessment visit to document the system condition before agreeing AMC terms.
